Customer care has been our top priority for over 20 years at Charles Pest Control. To provide our customers with an exceptional experience, we pride ourselves in conducting a thorough inspection to recommend the treatment that is right and fair to them, educating customers on the treatments recommended, and building long-lasting professional relationships built on trust and knowledge.Here is what we expect from our technicians:

-Running a daily route which could include residential and commercial accounts
-Maintaining a clean, service truck and equipment
-Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
-Completely filling out and obtaining an authorized signature on service receipts
-Collecting payments for services rendered, if needed
-Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides in accordance to State and Federal
laws

What do we require from you?

•Must be 21 years of age
•Must have 4+ years of experience in a labor industry(warehouse, construction, lawn & landscaping, etc) or customer service field(fast food, restaurant, retail, etc.)
•Must have a valid driver license with no more than 2 traffic violations in the last 4 years
•Must be able to pass a background check for state licensing
•Must be dependable, prompt, responsible, and professional at all times
•Must have the ability to learn and maintain pest information and techniques
•Must be able to build a positive rapport with customers
